As a first step you have to find the NPC called [Ascetic] Veda which will be at Eslant town at the cordinates 517, 529. In doing so you will have the option of accepting a quest from him at level 61+ which is called the Brahman Hunt. After accepting the quest try and find a party it doesnt have to be a great party since these mobs are quite easy to kill.
The Brahmans will only do lightning magic attacks on you so it wont matter what kind of defence you have it all comes up to your lightning defence.
If the damage done on you is too high then there are different ways that you can lower that damage down one being you get some lightning talias which will greatly improve your defence against them.
